Can I restrict who sees which shifts?
Workers register for specific roles. When you publish a shift, only people with matching roles can claim it — so a care worker won't claim a senior carer slot.
Is this a care management or eMAR system?
No. RotaBridge does one job well: filling unassigned shifts fast. Care plans, medication, and compliance records stay in your existing systems.
Does it work for bank and agency pools?
Yes. Invite bank staff the same way as permanent team members. They claim open shifts from the worker app; you approve from admin.
